取消费用

你可能会在任何时候为了各种原因临时取消预约,酒店住宿或者其他第三方可能会收取一定的违约金,尤其是在旅游旺季的时候。所以请记得如果改变时间或者取消旅行可能需要支付额外的费用,不同的公司酒店有不同的政策,预定的时候建议提前询问清楚。一般情况下:

旅途开始前30天取消预订 取消费用是旅游预约总金额的25%,外加第三方比如酒店、租车、户外活动预约的取消费用。

旅途开始前30-21天取消预订 取消费用是旅游预约总金额的35%,外加第三方比如酒店、租车、户外活动预约的取消费用。

旅途开始前21-14天取消预订 取消费用是旅游预约总金额的50%,外加第三方比如酒店、租车、户外活动预约的取消费用。

旅途开始前14天内取消预订 取消费用是旅游预约总金额的100%(无法得到任何退款),外加第三方比如酒店、租车、户外活动预约的取消费用。

 

我们理解任何不可抗力因素导致的临时变动,所以我们建议出行前购买一份合适的旅游保险以便可以覆盖你们损失的费用。

如果你通过旅行社或者第三方的媒介向我们预约,请提前确认他们的取消费用政策,因为不同的第三方有不同的收费政策。卡林顿公司保留向顾客所要这些费用的权利。

 

更改旅程

你可以随时更改你的旅程(如果预定的活动也都可以更改的话),然而第三方比如酒店可能会收取更改费用或者取消费用。请注意更改时间所产生的额外费用。

如果您更改您的整个旅程在最初到达日期的14天内,更改费用是250纽币外加第三方的更改费用。

 

我们的权利

卡林顿旅游公司保留改时费用的权利。在改变行程的过程中会发生的一切更改不在我们的控制之内,一些服务可能会随之改变,但卡林顿旅游公司保证我们会依然提供优质、甚至是更高规格的更改过后的服务内容给您。

请理解卡林顿公司在服务过程中会与第三方供应商合作,客户与任何第三方供应商产生的索赔费用或责任由第三方供应商承担。

 

保险

我们建议您在前往新西兰之前购买相关的保险,许多保险公司项目提供改签、延期、改时或取消行程的保险。

 

根据新西兰法律法规中有关保护 Statutory protections under the New Zealand law

这些条款和条件符合消费者保障法案的规定和公平交易法案(适用于新西兰),亦不影响你在上述法案中的合法权利。

Payments – Payments can be made by Direct Credit, Personal Cheque, Cash, and major Credit Cards

Deposit – Carrington Limousines Ltd require a deposit of 30% of the total amount at the time of your reservation to confirm booking.

Full payment – is required two weeks prior to your reservation.

All prices – are inclusive of GST and subject to change, at any time.

Direct Deposit – once booking has been made a secure email will be sent confirming dates and vehicles with our bank account details.

Credit Cards – once booking has been made a secure email will be sent confirming dates and vehicles with our bank account details.

Cash – Cash will be accepted as a deposit or to pay a balance, if you are making a payment with cash please make an appointment with the Staff at Carrington Limousines Ltd to arrange a time to meet before your booking.

Personal Cheques – All personal cheques must be received at least a minimum of 17 working days prior to your booking date. If we receive it less than 17 working days we will contact you to advise that we will need another form of payment and your cheque will be returned to you.

Out of area surcharge – An extra charge of $1.50 per km will apply to all bookings outside the greater Hamilton area in order to cover travelling costs (unless a total agreed price has been given).

Over Time – The hirer expressly agrees to pay immediately, or make arrangements to pay for any extended time periods over the initial requested time, charged in fifteen minute intervals based on the hourly rate already quoted at the time of booking. Over time is not always available so consider carefully how long you want the vehicle for. Should your car not be able to accommodate extended time the chauffeur will advise and shall depart at the time required to fulfil any other commitments that may be in place.

No shows – will incur a 100% fee.

Cancellations – Should you cancel your booking then a refund will be provided as follows:
A: Within 48hrs of the booking date, no refund.
B: Between 48hrs and 7 days from the booking date, a 50% refund, less a $30.00 booking fee.
C: Between 8 and 28 days from the booking date, a 75% refund, less a $30.00 booking fee.
D: Over 28 days before the booking date, a 100% refund, less a $30.00 booking fee.
Should we obtain an alternative booking for that date, following your cancellation, then a full refund of your deposit, minus the $30 booking fee regardless of the cancellation period will be made to you.

Surcharge – A 20% surcharge will apply on Statutory Holidays.

Personal Items – Carrington Limousines Ltd do not take any responsibility for any personal items held by the passenger or any item left in the vehicle during or after completion of this service.

Passengers – We take Health and Safety very seriously and only the number of passengers for which the car has been licensed will be carried. Where seat belts are fitted, it is the responsibility of the passengers to use them.

Unforseen Delays – Carrington Limousines Ltd hold no responsibility for delays caused by but not limited to traffic delays, breakdown, detours, delays, incorrect information, acts of nature or any situation beyond our control.

Smoking – Smoking of any substances will not be permitted in any  vehicles. Immediate termination of contract will be applied.

Alcohol – Possession, sale or consumption of any type of illegal drug or unauthorized alcohol is not permitted. Alcohol is not permitted in vehicles where passengers are under the age of 18. Strictly no alcohol will be allowed for transfers for school balls.

Food – Please note some foods will not be allowed in our Limousines, please check with us should you choose to bring food on board prior to your booking. Drinking and eating is at the sole discretion of the chauffeur.

Vehicles – Our vehicles are groomed thoroughly prior to hire, but no liability can be accepted for clothing stained or marked by road grime, oil or grease, however unlikely this may be, from any part of the vehicle.

Standard Transfer – A one way transfers is a direct pick up and drop off and does not include multiple pick-ups.

Airport Transfer – All our Drivers will meet and greet client upon airport arrival with your name on a white board , and help you out with your luggage . If you can’t locate the driver please do not leave and call the office on 07 850 4494 or 0220 706686.

Airport pickups – additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights the first 15mins of delay is included in the agreed fee an additional $30.00 for every 30mins waiting time will apply.

Pick ups – waiting time from private home , businesses, hotels or venues, first 10 minutes are free of charge , then $1.00 per minute thereafter

Interruption – If an interruption occurs after the commencement of the hire, we will do everything we can to get you to the required destination on time, no compensation will be made or paid and no liability will be accepted by the company for any consequential loss or disappointment.

Specials – all specials run for a 3 month period and are to be redeemed within this period, quarterly periods Jan/March  April/June  July/Sep  Oct/Dec  unless stated otherwise.

Underage Bookings – If Limousine rental is made by a person under 18yrs, payment of booking acknowledges terms and conditions have been read understood and accepted by a parent or guardian. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Exclusion of Liability – The client and their respective guests shall not have any claim of any nature whatsoever against Carrington Limousine Ltd for any loss, damage or injury which the client and their guests may directly or indirectly suffer. (whether or not such loss, damage or injury is caused through the negligence of the company or its servants or employees) by reason of any accident in which the vehicle may be involved or theft of the vehicle or theft of any article or item from the vehicle, or any act of omission by the company or its servants or employees arising in any manner whatsoever out of the use of the vehicle or the conveyance of the client and his/her co-passengers in the vehicle for any purpose whatsoever
The client shall under no circumstances whatsoever have any claim against The Company for consequential loss, howsoever caused.

Injury – We accept no responsibility for injury to persons or damage to goods belonging to those persons except that which we have legal obligation so to do.

Vehicle Replacement – We do our very best to replace vehicles that are not able to complete a job due to unexpected breakdowns, acts of nature and any situations beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control.

Hirers Responsibility – The person and or company reserving the vehicle are responsible for all guests and any damage to the interior and exterior by wilful damage to the chattels and fixtures of the said vehicle. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well- behaved manner. This is including but not limit to: liquid spillage, soiling, breakage of glassware, all electrical and electronic components. Repair and replacement of items hold a minimum charge of $400.00. Carrington Limousines Ltd reserves the right to expel any person from the said vehicle and /or terminate this contract in the event of violation of any of the above conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination all of any fees paid shall be forfeited.

Licenses – Our vehicles are fully licensed as Passenger Service Vehicles, hold current Certificates of Fitness, are fully insured and will be driven only by Qualified Passenger Service endorsed chauffeurs.

In the event any part of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining conditions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if we have not received final payment prior to your booking.

Failure by you, to read and understand these terms and conditions does not absolve our right to enforce them.
